Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. All personalized items require up to 5 business days to be processed and then another 5-7 business days for ground shipping.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. There is a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders. Shipping will be by Ground UPS.

Q. What payments do you accept?
A. I accept Visa and Mastercard. I also accept payments accepted by Paypal.

Q. Will I need to pay taxes?
A. Louisiana state tax will be collected for all orders going to an address in Louisiana as well as any order being bought by someone in Louisiana (even if it’s shipped elsewhere). If the cart does not add 8% sales tax I will do it manually and send you an updated copy of your receipt.

Q. Is there a charge for personalization?
A. No, all gifts come with free personalization – whether its a monogram, name or single initial. However if you wish to add additional engraving it is available for an additional fee of $4.

Q. Is your jewelry sterling silver?
A. Yes. All of our silver jewelry is genuine .925 sterling silver unless otherwise marked.

Q. What is the correct monogram layout?
A. If it is block letters, then you can put them First, Middle, Last. However if you are using a monogram that has a larger letter in the middle, the monogram will be First, Last, Middle, or Groom’s First, Last, Bride’s First.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Since all items are personalized, they can not be returned. However, if the error is on my part, I will replace it. If something is damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it so a replacement can be sent.

Q. Can you add Greek Sorority or Fraternity symbols?
A. Yes, some items can have greek symbols engraved or embroidered on them for an additional charge, please ask.
